It is still a beautiful thing to look at even though its' days as a baby bed are over.   The corner turnings measure 38" tall, the bed itself is 21" wide and  39" long.  Beautiful old walnut, late 19th C.  I've seen these used in bedrooms to hold the decorative pillows and comforter at night... or a luxury cat bed?
