and park on the Malecon at 5 de Mayo, then walk up a block.

Estate of Shan McKittrick-Coulton
Shan and John Coulton moved from the US to Mexico in 1994 with the idea of building their retirement home along the shores of Lake Chapala. Shan found a property with the shell of a home on the malecon in Jocotepec.
She brought her lifetime collection of antiques, artworks, rugs, fine crystal, dinnerware flatware and a few antique Native American (California) baskets included in the Estate.
Shan was a uniquely talented individual with the ability to hand design architectural outcomes for the Casa Philea property and beautifully accessorizing it with her extensive personal collections of antique furnishings, artwork, tapestries, Persian rugs, Greco Roman, Egyptian and some wonderful Mexican pieces.
Not everything included in the sale will be shown here, there are lots of smaller items from her collection that time did not allow adding to the page. Please stop in to see everything from her collection.
