Karns, Valley View of unknown region of Mexico. Affectionately known as Rocky.  Roscoe Todd Karns was a child actor best remembered for playing George Bailey's younger brother, Harry Bailey, in the 1946 film It's a Wonderful Life. Born in 1921 in Hollywood, he died in 2000 in Ajijic. In 1971 he retired to Ajijic with Kate, his beloved wife.

In the original, very simple frame consistent with his primitive style of painting.
