Roscoe Todd Karns was a child actor best remembered for playing George Bailey's younger brother, Harry Bailey, in the 1946 film It's a Wonderful Life. Born in 1921 in Hollywood, he died in 2000 in Ajijic. In 1971 he retired to Ajijic with Kate, his beloved wife.
