Rangel Hidalgo Cupboard, Comala, Colima, RARE

$275,000.00Price

Priced in Mexican Pesos. Rangel Hidalgo Cupboard, Period Pieces, a very rare piece with the hand painting in excellent condition.  Notice the beautiful hand forged harware, designed by Rangel Hidalgo and forged at the cooperativo.

The base is 49" wide, 20" deep and 25 1/2" tall, the upper section is 13" deep.  The overall heighth is 90" to the top of the finial.  This is from my personal collection.

From the small town of Comala, Colima ( a true Pueblo Magico, I would highly recommend visiting there someday).

The cooperative there was founded by 2 of the Rangel Hidalgo brothers in the 60's.

The height of it's productivity was in the 1960s and 70's. All hand made of high quality materials, hand painted, excellent craftsmanship. You never see a piece of Rangel Hidalgo furniture that is wobbly or coming apart.
