Paper Maché Rattles, Maracas, Sonajas - Maximilliano.  All those who knew Barbie, knew that she loved this type of Mexican folk art.. here are two vintage sonajas ( a paper maché figure with beans inside to rattle) .  The man looks like Maximilliano, the Queen may be Carlotta.. who knows what the artisan had in mind.. The head measures 9" tall plus the stick.  About 30 years old. Early 90´s These are popular Day of the Dead items.
