This is a luxurious chair.. the finest of leather .. it has a lever on one side to allow reclining.  This company Palliser Furniture is Canadian and known for quality materials and workmanship.  We have a pair of these chairs. This one has some dryness of the leather on the top of the head rest area  (see my photo).   The leather is in very good condition.
