Pair of Art Deco Chairs by Block, Mexico City 1930's, Bronze Legs
Priced in Mexican Pesos.. These are designer chairs from Mexico City in the 1930's. During the early 1930's there was quite a sizeable movement in architecture and furniture design in the city inspired by the Art Deco movement in France. The special patinated bronze was a characteristic of this designer. These have suffered some damage where the legs attach to the seating structure. Some past owner used silicon to try to restore them, you will have to have that attended to when they are recovered. We can help with our craftsmen to get them sturdy before you recover them. These measure 24" wide and 38" tall at the back.
