Waltensperger (1870 - 1931) was active/lived in Michigan / Netherlands.  Charles Waltensperger is known for Landscape and interior genre painting, illustration. This is a common subject of the artist, depicting 18-19th C. interior scenes from daily life in the Netherlands.  This measures 20 1/2" by 16 1/2". It is signed lower right.  Oil on canvas in a beautiful frame.  The painting has been relined at some time in its' life.  We are dating this to be from around 1900-1910
