Afghan Baluch Rug, 1980's 5' 3" x 2' 10" ,
Priced in Mexican Pesos. A nice little 'modern' rug from Afghanistan, approx. 30-40 years old. These were 'income generators' for the rural afghans during the Russian occupation. The design is taken from older Turkish rugs but the weave and coloration is Balulch, a tribal group that inhabits border regions between Iran and Afghanistan.
The size is 5' 3" x 2' 10" . As with all our rugs you will have 7 days to return it in case the wear is more than you can live with, or for whatever reason.
